Delete Your Account

Open SmartHold in the app or at smartholdvp.com.

Open the menu and go to Account & Sync.

Sign in with the account you want to delete, if you aren’t already.

Choose “Delete account,” confirm below, and your account is erased right away.

Your login and email address.

Your generated leaderboard name and leaderboard entries.

All synced gameplay data — hands played, accuracy, streaks, your review queue, settings, and custom pay tables.

The games, player’s club details and casino reviews you have added under Locations, and their notes, plus any reviews you reported or players you hid.

Your synced entitlement records used to unlock features across devices.

Purchase and transaction records. Records of purchases are retained by Apple, Google, or Amazon and by our billing provider under a pseudonymous identifier, as long as required for accounting, tax, refunds, and dispute resolution. These are not deleted by this process; manage or cancel a subscription through the app store that sold it.

Data stored only on your device. Progress kept locally when you play without an account stays on your device until you clear it or uninstall the app — it is never sent to us.

Limited records we’re legally required to retain. We may keep minimal information where the law requires it or to resolve disputes, then delete it when no longer needed.
